Mr. Lior Naveh
Chairman & CEO
Co-founder of Wave Guard Technologies, Mr. Naveh is a seasoned entrepreneur with over two decades of experience leading private ventures. His expertise spans Homeland Security (HLS) and Electromagnetic Radiation, complemented by a distinguished military career in Naval Intelligence (IDF), where he served as a Lieutenant Commander. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Management and Finance (Cum Laude) and an Executive MBA (Cum Laude) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Mr. Eran Drukman
SVP Sales & Marketing
Mr. Eran brings extensive experience in the HLS and Intelligence markets, having held senior positions in both the private sector and governmental establishments. He co-founded Suspect Detection Systems (SDS) and served as its CEO. Prior to SDS, Mr. Drukman served as VP of Sales & Business Development of the Intelligence Solution Division at Nice Systems, and VP of Sales & Marketing at TVGate, the interactive TV division of Comverse. Eran holds a Master's degree (Cum Laude) in Political Science from the Hebrew University.
Mr. Yariv Shamir
VP of Products
Mr. Yariv brings more than 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with expertise in radio and switching in cellular systems. He has held central positions leading large teams, cross-organizational projects, and processes. Prior to Wave Guard Technologies, Yariv served as Head of Network Operation Center at Partner Communication Company. Yariv holds a BA in Management and Economics and an Executive MBA from Ben Gurion University.
Mr. Alex Cherniak
Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Alex has 20 years of experience in the software development industry. Prior to joining Wave Guard, he worked for several Israeli software companies in development management and system architecture positions. Alex brings vast knowledge and experience in developing and implementing mission-critical programming solutions across a wide spectrum of IT services and infrastructures. Alex holds a B.Sc. degree in Information Systems.

VP of Business Development
Mr. Guy has over 13 years of experience in the Israeli intelligence community (8200). He brings a unique blend of analytical thinking, operational discipline, and strategic foresight to every engagement. As a seasoned cyber-intelligence specialist, Guy has also played a key role in bridging cutting-edge technological solutions, with real-world needs. He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and an MBA from Tel Aviv University Coller School of Management, combining technical mastery with a strong foundation in business leadership and innovation.
Mr. Lior Rachmani
Director of R&D
Mr. Lior brings over 15 years of experience in software development, specializing in large-scale distributed systems, data processing, and high-performance computing. Combining deep technical expertise with strategic thinking, Lior has been instrumental in shaping the company's core data architecture and engineering practices. His background in computer science and hands-on experience across multiple technology stacks enable him to bridge complex technical challenges with business goals.
Mr. Gavriel Naveh
Director
Mr. Gavriel Naveh is a retired Admiral from the Israeli Navy. He served as CEO of Shekem and a Director of Caprice NDC Ltd. He is also a co-founder of DGS Measurements, Engineering and Consulting Ltd. and currently serves as CEO of the Israeli Navy Veterans Association.
Mr. Naveh holds B.A. and M.A. degrees in Political Science from the University of Haifa and an M.A. in Labor Studies from Tel Aviv University.
Mr. Eitan Medina
Director
Mr. Eitan Medina is the Chief Operating Officer at Habana Labs, an Intel Company. Prior to Habana, Mr. Medina was the Vice President of Marketing at InvenSense (acquired by TDK) and Vice President of Engineering at Audience Inc. (acquired by Knowles). Mr. Medina was also the Vice President of Cellular Engineering at Marvell and the Chief Technology Officer at Galileo (acquired by Marvell). Mr. Medina holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion, Israel.
Mr. Avraham Miko Gilat
Director
Mr. Gilat is the chairman and co-owner of the MIKAL GROUP. Mikal is a holding company of various industrial, financial and High-Tech companies and startups. Until recently Mikal owned substantial Israeli defense companies such as Soltam, ITL and Saymar that were sold to Elbit systems in October 2010 for $100 million. Before that he worked for 17 years in Israel Military Industries (IMI) at various positions including V.P. marketing. Mr. Gilat holds an MBA degree in marketing from New York University (NYU), and a BA degree in economics from Tel-Aviv University.
